Exercise and eating healthy..
My goal is abs and TONED body, so this is just the beginning!
To be more specific..
I started to gain weight when i started on the birth control pill, i think it was some hormone thing and i just started eating more.
My coach told me that i had gained weight and deep inside i knew i had
So first things first i took out candy, snack, soda and SHIT food out of my meals. I started running more, running BURNS fat, not 2000 sit ups per.day, so I ran before my soccer practises, and over weekends, exercising 1-2 times a day. (If you guys want some running plans just send me message)
Ive been writing down what I eat during the days also, that way its easier to see what i should eat less of and what to eat more of. (And also if you want tips on some healthy food and what to avoid,message)
But im far from beging happy with myself! I dont want to be bony and skinny, I want abs, toned hands and just toned body, im going to keep on eating healthy, LIFT weights, run and soccer.. cant wait for my next progress photo.
To info you more i just started taking some fat burn pills, and drinking AMINO energy drinks and Whey protein after work outs.
